RESPONSIBILITIES
• Cost estimation and budgeting
• Preparation of tender and contract documents
• Project cost control and reporting
• Financial management of projects
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
SKILLS
✔ Strong analytical and numerical skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Proficiency in relevant QS software and tools
✔ Ability to work independently and within a team
PACKAGE
✔ Salary: R610,000 – R814,000 per annum
